NUUN Creative (“NUUN”, “we”, “our”) operates nuun.dev. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, email, phone (if provided), company (if provided), and the message you submit. We forward this to our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we can follow up with you.
- Scheduling. When you click “Book a call”, you are sent to our scheduling provider (GoHighLevel). They collect the information they need to create the meeting. Their terms and privacy practices govern that flow.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 sets cookies to record page views, clicks on key links, and aggregate usage. IP addresses are anonymized by default.
- Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) records the standard information any web host records: IP address, user agent, and request time. These are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you when you reach out.
- To understand which pages and CTAs are working so we can improve the site.
- To spot and stop abuse (bots, spam, attacks).
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the processors named above (GoHighLevel, Google, Cloudflare), and only to the extent necessary to provide the site and follow up with you.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies on your browser to measure usage. You can opt out by:
- Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on,
- Blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings, or
- Emailing us at contact@nuun.dev to request we remove your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the information we have about you. To exercise any of these, email contact@nuun.dev and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
