01 · The situation
NUUN is me. Client conversations happen over text, email, my CRM and recorded calls. The question I kept asking was simple: who's waiting on me?
I didn't need more software. I needed the tools I already had to talk to each other. That's the same problem I solve for clients.
02 · Mission Control
A private dashboard on my phone. It reads my calendar, email, CRM and text messages, and shows who's waiting on a reply, sorted by how long they've waited. It drafts the reply for me to send.
It runs inside tools I already pay for, so there's no hosting and no extra AI bill. Message text is only pulled for client threads. Everything else stays on my laptop.
03 · Listening at scale
I pulled two years of recorded calls and ran them through an AI pipeline. It extracted 1,248 specific problems people described and clustered them into 53 themes.
The top theme – tools that don't talk to each other – now leads my homepage. The same data rewrote how I write and talk to clients. Every quote I took from it was checked against the raw transcripts first.
04 · The rest of the system
A project board with a private portal for each client, so they can see where their work stands without asking.
A cleaned-up CRM: 707 contacts sorted by type, 172 dead records removed, 25 stale tags retired.
And a handover page for each launch: what was built, what it costs, what comes next.
Why it matters
I use AI every day. So I know where it saves time and where it doesn’t. You get that judgment, not a demo.
